Residential

We have extensive residential experience, the most well known is Greenwich Millennium Village (GMV) where Brendan was the EPR director who worked alongside Ralph Erskine and Johannes Tovatt on phases 1A and 1B to deliver 300 residential units as the first phases of this government flagship project. GMV was seen as an industry leader in promoting the policies of sustainability and best practice within the housing sector. Greenwich Millennium Village sought to lead the way on how sustainable developments could take place within rigourous cost and development standards. It is promoted as an exemplar housing project by CABE and has won over 30 awards.

When she was at Greenhill Jenner, Anne worked on numerous housing schemes, notably at Angell Town in Brixton where Anne was responsible for client and community liaison. The project is also promoted by CABE as an exemplar housing project and is widely praised for its community participation.

At Michael Hopkins and Partners, Brendan was the Associate in charge of the Preachers Court development at Suttons Hospital, Charterhouse in the City of London. This involved the creation of 14 new 1 bedroom residential care units and a Common Room for the Brothers of the hospital on an extremely sensitive site within the historic listed Suttons Hospital.
