Over the years Brendan and Anne both worked separately on a number of healthcare projects.

While at Greenhill Jenner, Anne was the project director on St Joseph’s Hospice, a new 5 storey 60 bed in-patient unit incorporating single, two and four bed wards. Anne also led the team on South Western Hospital in Stockwell, a Community Mental Health hospital including offices,an education and training centre, a 44 bed Acute Unit, a 24 bed haven care unit and an intensive therapy and outpatients unit. Prior to that she also worked on Minnie Kidd House In Clapham, a 28 bed Nursing Home for the Frail Elderly.

At EPR, Brendan was the director for the design and construction of a new Treatment Centre for 6 operating theatres with pre and post -op facilities within the existing Chelsea & Westminster hospital and feasibility studies for the design of new PICU and Private Patients units within the hospital.

Brendan was also the director responsible for an ongoing appointment in design and construction of elements within Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Woolwich. Works included the refurbishment and re-planning of the Psychotherapy ward with Assessment Unit and Day Centre and a separate project to relocate the Data Centre to increase resilience of hospital services.

While at Kit Allsopp Architects, Brendan worked on the design and construction of a 96 bed Frail Elderly Unit within the St Ann’s hospital site at Haringey and a 24 bed Elderly Mentally Frail Unit at Thurrock Hospital.
