Education

Anne has worked on a number of educational projects ranging from third level education in the form of the Graduate Cente at London Metropolitan University, through secondary level at the Royal Latin School in Buckingham to primary level at Kingsmead Primary School in London.

When Studio Daniel Libeskind relocated to New York, Anne was the London based executive architect overseeing the project for a new lecture theatre, 3 seminar rooms and ancillary accommodation. One of the aims of the project was to give greater visibility and presence to the University.

While at Greenhill Jenner, Anne was the director responsible for providing a new library, two new science laboratories and an ICT suite, created in the shell of a Victorian dormitory building for the Royal Latin Grammar School in Buckingham. The library is located in the original attic storey where a new steel lightweight structure has been inserted to create a large rooflight and gallery.

Kingsmead Primary School approached the Projects Office to design a new classroom for reception aged children that included an outdoor learning space and parents waiting area. The timber clad extension was designed to resemble a piece of joinery extruding from the masonry of the existing school.
